• ›What exactly are you selling?

  High-purity chemical reference materials intended for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, and reference use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or approved medical products, and they are not for human or animal consumption.

• ›Who can order?

  Qualified researchers and licensed research institutions who are at least 21 years of age. By entering the site you certify these things.

• ›Do you provide dosing or administration instructions?

  No. We do not provide human dosing information, injection instructions, or medical / veterinary guidance. Not for us, not for your friend, not for your dog. If you need clinical guidance, talk to a licensed physician.

• ›Where do the products come from?

  Reference materials are synthesized in accredited facilities and independently tested. Every batch we ship carries a batch number and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting purity and identity.

• ›How do I download a COA?

  Every product page lists the batches we’ve had on file, each with a COA link. You can also enter a batch number from your packing slip on the /coa page to pull the COA directly.

• ›How do you handle inventory & stock?

  Inventory is live. If a SKU is in stock, it ships in 1 business day (arrives in ~2 days). If it’s not currently on hand, it’s made to order — typically 14–21 days, since we source the peptide (~1 week) and wait for third-party COA testing (~1 week) before anything ships, with a 5-vial minimum per order (each production run reserves one unit for COA testing). You can always order; the product page tells you which path applies.

• ›What's the Monthly Research Kit?

  A subscription bundle: pick 2–5 variants and we ship them on a recurring schedule at a discounted rate. Your first kit follows the made-to-order timeline while we reserve your production slot; every kit after that ships automatically. Pause, swap, or cancel any time from your account.

• ›Payment methods?

  In-stock items are paid by card on this site via Stripe Checkout — you’re charged immediately and your order ships once payment clears. Made-to-order items aren’t paid at checkout; after you submit that order, we email you a secure invoice (Stripe, with PayPal as a backup) to complete payment before it ships.

• ›Shipping & delivery?

  Discreet packaging, ships Monday–Friday from the U.S. In-stock orders arrive in ~2 days; made-to-order items ship in 14–21 days. International shipping isn’t supported at launch.

• ›Returns?

  Because we ship sealed research materials, all sales are final once shipped, except for: (1) shipping damage / breakage, (2) wrong item shipped, or (3) cancellation before the order enters fulfillment. See the Refund Policy for details.

• ›Are you a compounding pharmacy?

  No. Alchemist Supply Co. is a specialty chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and we are not an outsourcing facility as defined under 503B of that Act. Our products are for laboratory research only.
